Gen II NiR
A specialty firearms coating designed specifically for military small arms and crew-served weapon applications for the management visual and near-infrared signature while enhancing durability, reliability, and maintainability.
This series offers superior wear and corrosion resistance under a wide variety of adverse environmental conditions likely to be encountered during all facets of operation.
This coating is designed to conform to the NIR reflectivity standards outlined in MIL-DTL-44436
Micro Slick Dry Film Lubricant Coating
Cerakote® Micro Slick is used to assist with friction areas and shedding of oil. It is used to reduce friction on a variety of internal engine components such as piston skirts, valve stems, and the underside of valve covers. It is also used on firearm components, such as bolts and bolt carriers. This coating will perform at temperatures up to 1200°F and sets the industry standard in high temperature coatings.
Electrical Barrier
Cerakote® Electrical Barrier ceramic coating is designed to provide a high-quality and long-lasting finish for parts requiring electrical insulation. It is a durable, corrosion-resistant, oven cure, spray-on dielectric coating that provides unparalleled levels of adhesion and resistance to solvents and chemicals.
The maximum operating temperature of this coating is 500+°F
Dielectric Strength (V/mil) 3000
Corrected Dissipation Factor (D) 0.006
Dielectric Constant (k) 1.18
V-Series
This is an oven and air cure, ready to spray application that is suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
This series is the unrivaled leader in high temperature thin film performance coatings. It is capable of temperatures up to 1800 degrees F. This series provides unmatched high temperature performance, while providing excellent chemical resistance, durability, and aesthetics.
The foundation for this series is a unique inorganic ceramic technology that gives high temperature performance and excellent physical stability. Due to the inorganic chemistry, this series is 100% UV stable and will not fade.

Piston Coat
This line is a ceramic thin film thermal barrier coating. It offers the same amazing benefits as the high temperature performance coatings but is designed to be applied on internal engine parts that require a thermal barrier. Typical uses include piston tops, combustion chambers, valve tops, external turbo housings and exhaust components.
P-Series
This heat dissipating coating is a line of submicron coatings. It is typically used on applications requiring a high thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the energy source. Typical uses include, but are not limited to radiators, engine blocks, transmission cases, heat syncs, intercoolers and anywhere heat dissipation is needed.
